Owner setup required
In hPanel File Manager, create car-race-private beside public_html, outside the web root. Inside it, create setup-token.php returning a private random token of at least 32 characters:

Use your password manager to generate the token. Alternatively, run php tools/setup.php from this application's folder. Reload this page afterward.
